For all Adventure Earth Centre Fall programs you will need closed toe shoes, warm outdoor clothes, rain gear and water bottle.
School Based Programs
Mysterious Encounters Earth
Mysterious Encounters Earth is an environmental & earth education program specifically designed for grade five and six classes. It is organized around an immersive and exciting one day outdoor environmental experience at Sir Sandford Fleming Park. The field trip aims to give students a clear understanding of the concepts of energy flow, including photosynthesis, food chains, energy use, and energy storage, experientially. Following the story line of becoming secret agents of the Ecoleese, students will not only learn these concepts but will also develop an appreciation for the natural world.

Located at Camp Mockingee these camps will provide a full overnight camp experience for participants!
- Fall H.E.A.T. Camp (Helping Earth by Acting Together)

“Helping the Earth by Acting Together” provides great opportunities for youth who have an interest in the environment and who would like to “make a difference”. It is “youth driven” and aims to provide opportunities for leadership, to develop personal skills, to create service and action projects, to participate in active living opportunities, and to remain connected to other like-minded youth.

Experience an engaging earth education approach to environmental education, nature appreciation, ecological understanding, environmental awareness and action. Program consists of many of the best activities from each of the AEC programs, as well as formal and dramatic presentations, environmentally based teachings at each mealtime, and typical camp fun such as evening campfires and sleeping in cabins. Led by youth staff and leaders.
