Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency will be conducting training at the Nova Scotia Firefighter’s School on Powder Mill Road on Tuesday, June 6. This training is a critical component of our current career firefighting recruit training class. Residents may see smoke in the vicinity; however, there is no risk to the community. If residents see smoke or fire that is out of the ordinary, call 911 immediately.
