Parks Capital Projects is responsible for the development of capital plans and ensures Parks & Recreation capital projects are tendered/awarded/constructed. This team is integral in the assessment of requests from internal and external stakeholders related to working in parks, building temporary or permanent structures within parkland, as well as evaluating and facilitating requests for new parks and assets.
