Motion:
That the Board of Police Commissioners request that the Chief of Police (HRP) and the Chief Superintendent (RCMP) prepare a plan to address the recommendations (1.1 to 1.7) in the Wortley report that relate to a ban on street checks.  The plan should identify:
•    Responsibility, i.e. which organizations and/or resources are responsible and should be involved in implementing the recommendations
•    Specific action steps 
•    Estimated timelines
•    Method for tracking progress that can be reported back to the Board of Police Commissioners
