North West Planning Advisory Committee

Legislation passed in 2022, Statutes of Nova Scotia, c. 13, section 14 suspends Planning Advisory Committees for three (3) years effective April 22, 2022.

The North West Planning Advisory Committee advises North West Community Council regarding planning documents and planning matters within a specific area of the municipality.  The committee also holds public meetings associated with municipal planning strategy amendment applications as deemed necessary. The North West Planning Advisory Committee normally meets on the first Wednesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Check the calendar below, and the agenda (once available) to confirm the exact date and time for each meeting.
