Motion:
That the Heritage Advisory Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council:
1. Set a date for a heritage hearing to consider the inclusion of 2381 Moran Street in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality; and
2. Approve the request to include 2381 Moran Street, Halifax in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality, as shown on Map 1 of the staff report dated March 17, 2021, as a municipal heritage property under the Heritage Property Act.

That the Heritage Advisory Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council:
1. Set a date for a heritage hearing to consider the inclusion of the subject property in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality; and
2. Approve the request to include 2587 Creighton Street, Halifax, in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality, as shown on Map 1 of the staff report dated March 31, 2021, as a municipal heritage property under the Heritage Property Act.

1. Set a date for a heritage hearing to consider the inclusion of the subject property in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality; and
2. Approve the request to include 2224 Maitland Street, Halifax, in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality, as shown on Map 1 of the staff report dated April 6, 2021, as a municipal heritage property under the Heritage Property Act.
