Before you apply for a rental at the Sackville Sports Stadium, LeBrun and Gray arenas, download and complete the following forms.  All forms are in PDF format:

New rental requests 2 Service level assumes all required documentation is submitted and complete. If the requested asset is unavailable, processing may be delayed while alternate locations are found.
Amendments to rental contract N/A No amendments will be processed once contract is signed
Rental booking cancellation (initiated by the municipality) N/A Applicable refunds or credits will be processed at end of each month.

What are the hours?

Operating hours will be 6 a.m. to midnight daily.

Prime-time hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday | 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Non-prime hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight
  • Saturday and Sunday | 10 p.m. to midnight
