Reference hours
Staff are available to respond to your requests Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Please contact the Municipal Archives to request an appointment, to request copies of records, or for reference assistance.
We typically book in-person reference appointments in the Archives Reading Room Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10am – 4pm, though we can accommodate appointments on Mondays and Fridays.
Booking appointments allows Archives staff to ensure that we have the material you’re looking for, and to have it ready in advance of your visit. We may also be able to direct you to online resources.
You can book a half-day (3hr) or full-day (6hr) appointment. We can usually book your appointment with a half day notice (e.g., call first thing Tuesday for a Tuesday afternoon appointment).
