Request by exp Services Inc., on behalf of the property owner, for a non-substantive amendment to the Shannon Park development agreement to allow for changes in the Phasing Plan (Schedule J).
Proposal
The applicant wishes to amend the Shannon Park development agreement to allow for changes in the phasing of the development. The phasing plan identifies the sequence of each stage of the redevelopment and which area of the site will be redeveloped first.
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to the revised phasing plan.
Process
The application will be considered under the Non-Substantive Amendment process.
Status
The applicant is currently being reviewed before sending a recommendation report to the Development Officer.
Documents Submitted for Evaluation
The applicant has submitted plans and studies required by HRM staff to properly evaluate the application. The documents are also available for review at the Planning Applications office in Downtown Halifax.
