Motion:
That Halifax Regional Council:
1. Adopt By-law M-201, the purpose of which is to amend By-law M-200, Respecting Standards for Residential Occupancies including housekeeping and general amendments, as set out in Appendix B of the staff report dated August 26, 2020.
2. Adopt amendments to Administrative Order 15, Respecting License, Permit and Processing Fees, as set out in Appendix D of the staff report dated August 26, 2020.

That Halifax Regional Council exercise its option to extend the Heating fuel agreement for a two-year period (year two if exercised within the Provincial agreement), at an approximate value of $12,000,000 per year, as per the terms and conditions of the original agreement.
