Proposal
The existing Development Agreement (Case 22487) was approved in 2021 and required that construction of the approved 20-unit mixed use multi use building begin within 3 years of this date. The applicant is requesting a non-substantive amendment to allow for a 2-year extension to the construction commencement date. No changes to the building are being proposed at this time.
