TAKE NOTICE THAT Halifax Regional Council did, on Thursday, May 23, 2024, approve an application to adopt the Suburban Housing Accelerator Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy/Land Use By-law, and amend the Regional Municipal Planning Strategy/Subdivision By-law, the Regional Centre Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy/Land Use By-law and affected Community Municipal Planning Strategies and Land Use By-laws. TAKE NOTICE THAT Halifax Regional Council did, on Thursday, May 23, 2024 approve the following:
MINORREV 2023-01065 (Housing Accelerator Fund) - An application to adopt the Suburban Housing Accelerator Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy/Land Use By-law, and amend the Regional Municipal Planning Strategy/Subdivision By-law, the Regional Centre Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy/Land Use By-law and affected Community Municipal Planning Strategies and Land Use By-laws.
The planning documents have been reviewed and approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing as per the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
