The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Spring Garden Road, between Queen and South Park streets, will reopen to pedestrian and vehicle traffic on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021 at 5 p.m. This construction work was in support of Imagine Spring Garden Road (Spring Garden Road Streetscape Project).
