Traffic impact: The traffic signals at the intersection of Pleasant and Portland streets will be shut down while work is underway. Traffic control personnel will be in place to direct motorists, cyclists and pedestrians around the work site while the signals are shut down. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect delays on Glendale Drive, between Riverside and Smokey drives, on Monday, Jan. 18 and Tuesday, Jan. 19. This work will require the traffic signal at the intersection of Glendale and Riverside drives to be shut down.

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that trail construction will take place in First Lake Regional Park, between 130 Johnson Crescent and 147 Chandler Drive, from Friday, Jan. 15 until Wednesday, March 31.
