Motion: 
That Halifax and West Community Council: 
1. Approve the proposed amending development agreements for the Seton Ridge mixed-use neighbourhood at Bedford Highway, Seton Road and Lacewood Drive, Halifax, which shall be substantially of the same form as set out in Attachments B1 and B2 of the staff report dated November 29, 2021.
2. Require the amending development agreement be signed by the property owner within 240 days, or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods, whichever is later; otherwise this approval will be void and obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.

Motion: 
That Halifax and West Community Council:
1. Give First Reading to consider approval of the proposed amendment to the Timberlea / Lakeside / Beechville Land Use By-law, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated February 15, 2022, to rezone property PID 40143174 on St. Margaret’s Bay Road in Beechville, from the R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) Zone to the CDD (Comprehensive Development District) Zone and schedule a public hearing; and
2. Give Notice of Motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment B of the staff report dated February 15, 2022, and schedule a public hearing for the development agreement, which shall be held concurrently with that indicated in section 1.
