Update: This work will continue on Tuesday.
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place today and Monday on Glendale Drive from Metropolitan to McDougall avenues.
Crews will be on site today from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic while work is underway.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
