Police are on scene of an overturned vehicle on Highway 102 that is causing lane reductions.
The Highway 102 inbound at the Exit 3 off-ramp to Hammonds Plains Road is closed while emergency crews respond to the scene. Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and take alternate routes. There are no reported injuries at this time.
