Police investigating vehicle pedestrian collision

UPDATE: On June 10, 2023, at 11:14 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a vehicle pedestrian collision at the intersection of Dunbrack Street and Ruth Goldbloom Road. While on scene, police discovered a 25-year-old man had been struck by a vehicle operated by a 54-year-old woman. The man was transported to the QEII Hospital with what are being described as serious but not life-threatening injuries. The incident is still in the early stages of the investigation and details are limited.

The roadway has re-opened to traffic.

Police are on scene of a vehicle pedestrian collision in the northbound lane of Dunbrack Street and Ruth Goldbloom Drive. Police have the north bound lane of Dunbrack Street closed at Ruth Goldbloom Road for investigation purposes. Please avoid the area while police conduct the investigation.
