    UPDATE: All traffic is merging from the 111 Highway and Woodland Avenue onto the 118 Highway outbound is now open. Outbound traffic is still reduced to one lane while the vehicles are towed from the scene. Police have confirmed one adult male, operating a van sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is being transported to the hospital.

    At 11:29 p.m. on October 12, Halifax Regional Police and Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Services responded to a fire at Canadian Tire located at 6203 Quinpool Road in Halifax. Fire Investigators confirmed the fire was intentionally set and the arson investigation has been turned over to police.

    On October 12, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred in the 700 block of the Bedford Highway. The suspects, a 35-year-old man and 33-year-old woman, both from Bedford, are being held for court and will be facing charges of robbery, assault with a weapon and uttering threats causing bodily harm.

    At 9:41 p.m. on October 11, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at Booster Juice located at 278 Lacewood Drive in Halifax. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, 5'10" to 6' tall with a thin build and brown hair. He was wearing a black mask, black jacket and blue jeans at the time of the incident.
