The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place Saturday on Pleasant Street between Portland Street and Prince Albert Road.
Crews will be on site from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Traffic signals at Pleasant and Portland streets will be shut down from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. while work is underway. Traffic control personnel will be on site to direct motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians around the worksite, as needed. The remaining portion of Pleasant Street will be completed after the work in the intersection is finished.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
