The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Lower Water Street will be closed Sunday between Terminal Road and Morris Street to facilitate the installation of a pedway.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pedestrian access to the Discovery Centre will be maintained.
Traffic safety personnel will direct motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists around the worksite, as needed.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
