The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place tonight on the Bedford Highway between Rocky Lake Drive and Oakmount Drive.
Crews will be on site from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Lane drops will be in place while work is underway.
Traffic signals will be shut down at the Bedford Highway/Rocky Lake Drive intersection and the Rocky Lake Drive entrance to the Atlantic Superstore will be closed to traffic.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
