Motion: 
That the Executive Standing Committee approve the proposed 2026 Executive Standing Committee meeting schedule as outlined in the staff memorandum.  

13.2 MEMBERS OF STANDING COMMITTEE
13.2.1 Councillor White - Amendment to the Terms of Reference for the Youth Advisory Committee (Administrative Order 2017-011-GOV) [PDF]
Motion:
That the Executive Standing Committee direct the Chief Administrative Officer to prepare a staff report regarding a possible amendment to the Terms of Reference for the Youth Advisory Committee (Administrative Order 2017-011-GOV) to consider including a designated representative from the Halifax Student Alliance on the committee.

Motion: 
That the In Camera (In Private) minutes of October 20, 2025 be approved as circulated.

A matter pertaining to an identifiable individual or group.
Motion:
That the Executive Standing Committee: 
1.    Adopt the recommendations as outlined in the private and confidential report dated November 7, 2025; and 
2.    Direct that the private and confidential report dated November 7, 2025 be maintained private and confidential.

15.3 PERSONNEL MATTER – Private and Confidential
A matter pertaining to an identifiable individual or group.
Motion:
That Executive Standing Committee convene to In Camera (In Private).
