That Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council Give notice of motion to consider the proposed amending development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated December 18, 2023, to amend the existing development agreement to allow a range of neighbourhood convenience uses at 95 Montebello Dr, Dartmouth and schedule a public hearing.
