Motion:
That Harbour East – Marine Drive Community Council give notice of motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated April 8, 2025, to enable the construction of a 15-storey plus penthouse mixed-use building behind the registered heritage property located at 86 Ochterloney Street, Dartmouth, and schedule a public hearing.
