The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and pedestrians there will be intermittent traffic signal disruptions beginning Monday at various intersections in Bayers Lake.
Crews will be installing LED lamps in the traffic signals at intersections from Monday through Wednesday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
Drivers should be aware there will be some lane drops and interruptions to traffic flow as this work is completed. There will be at least one working traffic light in each direction at every intersection while these installations are underway.
Work will take place at the following intersections at various times throughout the week:
- Chain Lake Drive at Kent Building Supplies/Costco entrance
- Chain Lake Drive at Atlantic Superstore entrance
- Chain Lake Drive at the entrance to the movie theatre
- Chain Lake Drive at Susie Lake Crescent
- Chain Lake Drive at Lakelands Boulevard
