The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Shore Road is closed, in both directions, between Normans Lane and Ridding Road, due to storm damage and risk of storm surge.
Local traffic will be maintained between Cow Bay Road and Normans Lane. All other traffic will be redirected along Cow Bay Road, to Ridding Lane or Oceanlea Drive.
Motorists are advised to stay off the roads if possible. Those traveling are asked to use caution and stay safe.
