Update: Traffic signals will be shut down in the Cow Bay/Caldwell roads intersection and traffic control personnel will be in place.
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place Tuesday to Friday on Caldwell Road between Cow Bay and Hines roads.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic while work is underway.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
