Police are advising the public of the planned street closures and parking restrictions in relation to the Holiday Parade of Lights in Halifax this weekend.

On November 20 at 6 p.m., the Holiday Parade of Lights will once again be winding its way through downtown Halifax. Halifax Regional Police is prepared and will have officers performing traffic control along the route to help ensure the safety of participants and road users.

Road closures and parking restrictions are expected to begin at 3 p.m. and will continue until 8 p.m. in some locations. Consider planning ahead for expected delays, particularly along the parade’s route. For more details on the parade and its new route please visit: https://www.saltwire.com/holiday-parade-lights/.
