In relation to yesterday’s media release, Halifax Regional Police have recovered the vehicle stolen during the commission of the TD Bank ATM robbery at 82 Peakview Way in Bedford. Investigators have also obtained surveillance images of the suspects involved (see below) and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two masked men, as noted in the previous release.
The investigation is in its early stages. Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or using the P3 Tips App.

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Bedford.
On January 1 at approximately 3:30 p.m. Halifax Regional Police responded to a call for a robbery in progress at the TD bank ATM at 82 Peakview Way in Bedford. A customer was at the ATM machine when he was approached by two male suspects as he exited the bank.
One suspect held a knife and demanded cash and the victim's vehicle keys. The suspects fled the scene with the victim's cash and his vehicle. The stolen vehicle is described as a grey, 2021 Honda Pilot SUV.
The first suspect is described as a man, approximately 25-years-old with a thin build wearing a blue jacket with a white stripe across the chest and red pants and a black non-medical face mask. The second suspect is described as a man, approximately 40-years-old with a thin build. He was wearing a black jacket and grey pants and a white or grey "gaiter" style bandana.
