Police have laid drug trafficking charges in relation to two searches in Halifax last week.
On April 21 members of the Quick Response Unit and Integrated Drug Unit arrested the suspect in an ongoing investigation and conducted searches of a vehicle that was parked on Bayers Road and at a residence in Halifax.
Investigators seized a quantity of cocaine, hundreds of prescription opioids pills and over $4,000 in cash.
Antonio Pasqualino Presutti, 44, is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
