Update: This work will continue tomorrow (Oct. 17)
Traffic signals will be shut down in the Hammonds Plains/Pockwock roads intersection from 10 a.m. until noon. Traffic control personnel will be in place.
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place tomorrow, Friday and Monday on Pockwock Road between Hammonds Plains and Old Annapolis roads.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic while work is underway.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
