Two men face charges in connection with a break and enter yesterday morning in Dartmouth.
At approximately 4:30 a.m., police responded to a break and enter on Lakecrest Drive. A man armed with a handgun broke into a residence. He was confronted by the home owner who was able to get the firearm from him. The suspect fled the area on foot. No one was injured during the incident. Two men were arrested, one shortly after the incident, and the other at approximately 3 p.m. yesterday. A gun was recovered at the scene and investigators have determined that this isn’t a random incident as the victim and the suspects are known to each other.
