The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and pedestrians there will be intermittent traffic signal disruptions at various intersections in the region on Monday and Tuesday.
Crews will be installing LED lamps in the traffic signals at intersections between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night.
Drivers should be aware there will be some lane drops and interruptions to traffic flow as this work is completed. There will be at least one working traffic light in each direction at every intersection while these installations are underway.
Work will take place at the following intersections:
- Bayers Road at Oxford Street
- Bayers Road at the Petro Canada
- Bayers Road at Romans Avenue
- Bayers Road at Windsor/Young streets
- Joseph Howe Drive at Highway 102
- North Street at Oxford Street
- North Street at Windsor Street
