The notices are being delivered door-to-door in a paper Notice envelope.
Why is the change occurring?
The change is happening to better balance the number of households that are provided collection services on each day in the collection area. The change should enhance timeliness of municipal collection services and balance the number of households serviced on each collection day.

Yes, residents in the affected areas should expect their collection times to vary in comparison to their current collection time (i.e. prior to the collection day change). Residents must place materials out by 7:00 a.m. on collection day to ensure collection.
