Motion:
That Halifax and West Community Council give First Reading to consider the proposed amendment to Schedule A – Zoning Map of the Land Use By-law for Planning District 5 (Chebucto Peninsula), as set out in Attachment A, to rezone the area subject to an access easement located on PID 00649178 from PA (Protected Area) to R-2 (Two Unit Dwelling) to allow for residential uses to be permitted on PID 00397992 and schedule a public hearing.
